After an exciting weekend of gruelling ups and downs in the ratings game, GMA 7 shows are once again back on top.

Kapuso and Kapamilya shows figured in an intense battle

Last Friday, Kapuso shows Kaputol Ng Isang Awit and Dyesebel ruled the daytime and primetime race, respectively. The country’s longest-running noontime show re-captured the No. 1 spot last Saturday with 24.6% followed by Startalk’s 23.3%. Takeshi’s Castle is third with 17.7%.

Dyesebel still undisputed; My Girl dropping continuously

Dyesebel remain undisputed in the primetime race as it maintained its 40+ rating this week. Kapuso shows Joaquin Bordado, Babangon Ako’t Dudurugin Kita maintained their strong hold of the second and third spot.

Da Big Show beats Game KNB?; Kapuso shows ruled

Kapuso shows continued its dominance over Kapamilya shows in both daytime and primetime. Da Big Show hosted by Ogie Alcasid scored 14.6% to edged out rival game show Pilipinas, GKNB? hosted by Edu Manzano with 14.1%.

GMA 7 shows continued its dominance in both daytime and primetime viewing in Mega Manila. Only two Kapamilya shows were able to beat their rival shows. Pilipinas, GKNB? scored 13.9% against Da Big Show’s 13.6% and Wheel Of Fortune with 13.4% against Gobingo’s 10.6%.
